SUPERVISION
I offer individual and group clinical supervision for CSWAs grounded in relationship, trust, and genuine presence. As a trauma therapist working somatically, I believe growth happens best in a space that feels safe enough to be open and honest about doubts, uncertainty, and the parts of this work that are hard to name. My approach to supervision mirrors my approach to therapy: person-centered, attuned, and collaborative. Together, we'll explore your clinical work and your development as a therapist, at a pace that respects your nervous system as much as your learning curve.
I am trained in EMDR, Lifespan Integration, and The Flash Technique. I practice with a trauma informed lens, utilizing somatic, creative, and nature based techniques. My therapeutic interests include working with many transitional life experiences such as the perinatal period, aging, grief, and other life transitions.
